Many companies do not answer our answer straight forward enough and I can understand not sitting there readying a novel of information. So here you can have all your questions answered and you don't have to sit here reading a best seller.

  • What are your business hours?

    We are an e-commerce store thus we do not have business hours technically. We do plan to have a 24/7 chat service available once we launch. Any questions, concerns, and comments can be emailed to ceotanya.angelco@gmail.com until further notice.

  • What are your sustainability and eco-friendly practices with packaging?

    We believe in eco-friendly packaging made here in the U.S. the same as our clothing. It will give a beautiful unboxing experience, make shipping cheaper, and since everything is based in the U.S. shipping is faster. No more having to wait weeks for one purse or outfit.

     

    We plan to use Ecoenclose which provides affordable packaging which is also eco-friendly. They believe in transparency and have a calculator that shows companies choosing to switch how much they save the planet on oil, electricity, and water using their products. Their polymailers are the world’s most sustainable and the only. They are lightweight, low-cost, and weatherproof (moisture, tear, and tamper-resistant); the best material for textile and durable products. They are made in the U.S., 100% recycled functional resin, are reusable for returns or other purposes, are made with 50% post-consumer waste, have a high recycled content, and can be readily recycled into a useful product. 


    We also plan to use their shipping boxes. Their shipping boxes are 100% recycled corrugate, 100% recycled content, and 95% post-consumer waste. And they are also made in the U.S.A. They are also plastic-free and do not contain synthetic polymers. They are also curbside recyclable which means it is most commonly accepted in most curbside recycling programs across the U.S.



  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We plan to accept all forms of payment from Visa, Discover, American Express, and Mastercard. We also plan to accept PayPal. 

  • Can I get a full refund?

  • What is your return policy?

    Our return policy is in the works. We plan to be flexible with our customers within reason and the company policy and resources once established. To be kept up to date please join the waitlist.

  • Do you have any branches overseas?

    Even though we do plan to go international, we are strictly based in the U.S.A. for the moment.
